This refund policy is designed to protect our players while maintaining the balance of the game world. While all in-game transactions are final by default, we recognize that technical issues and rare errors may occur. When they do, we’re here to support you. When Refunds May Be Considered Refunds may be issued only under specific, verifiable circumstances: You made a purchase and did not receive the item, currency, or pack due to a system failure or server error. A duplicate transaction occurred unintentionally (e.g., you were charged twice for the same item). You were billed incorrectly for an item or service you didn’t intend to purchase due to technical malfunction. Your account was compromised, and unauthorized purchases were made (must be reported immediately with supporting evidence). If a refund is approved, any related in-game content will be removed from your account. Our support team investigates every case fairly and individually. When Refunds Cannot Be Granted To maintain fairness and protect the game economy, we cannot issue refunds in the following cases: You changed your mind after making the purchase. You were dissatisfied with the outcome of a random reward or gacha-style mechanic. You misunderstood the item or offer, but the game delivered it exactly as described. You purchased and then used or consumed the item, currency, or upgrade. You made a purchase on an unsupported platform or outside of official stores. Your request was submitted long after the purchase, with no transaction records. We encourage players to double-check purchase details before confirming any transaction. Be sure to include: Your Player ID and character name The transaction ID or screenshot of the purchase receipt A brief but clear description of the issue The date and time the purchase was made If your purchase was made through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or another third-party platform, their refund procedures may also apply. In such cases, we may direct you to their support team while assisting with verification. Review & Processing Time Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method. Refund amounts may vary based on the platform, currency exchange, and time elapsed. Please note: repeated refund attempts without valid cause, or attempts to exploit the system, may result in temporary suspension of purchases or a full account review.
